If you receive a defective product(s), we will exchange it with the exact same product(s) or provide store credit. All items must be returned in original condition and show no signs of use for a full refund. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of the purchase date and no replacement items will be shipped until we receive the original defective product. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs of defective item(s) back to TOP, but will not be charged for shipping on any replacement item(s).


When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:30 PM PST will be packed same-day and shipped out the same day. All orders placed after 12:30 PM will be packed the next day and shipped out the following business day.

How will my order be shipped, and how long does it take?

Your order will be shipped as USPS First Class Mail and will arrive within 1 to 5 business days.

What happens if I input the wrong address at checkout?

If you enter the incorrect address and do not notify us before the order is shipped, we cannot refund your purchase.

We currently only ship within the United States. CBD is prohibited & therefore, we are unable to ship to the following states: Iowa, Idaho, and South Dakota. Shipment cannot exceed 10 lbs.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders, which can be used to track the status of your package. You should receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number or are having trouble tracking your package, please contact us at, and we will assist you.

I ordered a while ago, and my order STILL isn’t here! What is your policy about orders lost in transit?

We understand that USPS isn’t perfect and that sometimes packages can get lost on their way to you. We provide tracking numbers with all orders, so if your package is taking longer than expected, we recommend checking its status to see if it’s simply a short delay. In the event that your package is lost, please contact us at with your order number, and we will see what we can do to remedy the situation!

Why are there some items that cannot be shipped?

Due to federal regulations, we cannot ship smokables or vapes to any state. We don’t ship drinks or metaphysical items due to their weight and sensitive nature.


Beginning April 2021, the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires retailers of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), including CBD vaporizers and batteries, to be shipped via private shipping services that collect an adult signature at the point of delivery. The federal legislation is intended to prevent online sales to minors and ensure tax compliance. However, as a result of this law, the U.S. Postal Service along with other private shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) no longer ship ENDS to consumers.

Although we rigorously verify the age of The Other Path customers and strictly adhere to tax requirements, we are still impacted. For now, we are required to pause delivery of online sales of our CBD vaporizers and batteries until we partner with a trusted private shipping service. In the meantime, you can stop by The Other Path’s store in Sherman Oaks, CA to purchase these products in person.
